Tai Kun who lost his ESP powers has regained the abilities again and decides to strike revenge towards Sing, the Saint of Gamblers. When Tai Kun, with his disciples as aids, is exerting ESP powers under full force against Sing who are doing the same, the spacetime becomes distorted and sends Tai-Kun and Sing to the 1937 Shanghai.
