The Perfect Tenant

When Daniel Summer (Maxwell Caulfield) moves into the guesthouse on the grounds of her home, Jessica Michaels (Linda Purl) is impressed with his impeccable manners and comes to believe that he's an ideal tenant. Unfortunately, she's wrong -- he's actually a murderous psychopath out to get her for her involvement in his father's death years earlier. Jessica's daughter, Laura (Stacy Hogue), senses something with David is amiss, but it may be too late to prevent further bloodshed.
